The Moxie Compass Recalibration

A 6-Week Founder Alignment Experience

You built the business for freedom. Now it's time to make sure it's still taking you there.

Recalibrate. Realign. Redefine. Reconnect. Redirect.

Founding cohort limited to 8–10 entrepreneurs.

See What's Included

Founder Alignment is when who you are, how you lead, what you're building, and the life you actually want are moving in the same direction.

The disconnect

You Did the Hard Part. You Built It.

Your business may not be failing. It may simply be out of alignment with the life you want now. You figured out how to get customers, how to keep the lights on, how to make it work. And yet:

  • You're needed everywhere.
  • Your calendar owns you.
  • You're carrying too much.
  • You're succeeding on paper and still questioning whether this is the version of success you wanted.
  • You've become excellent at running the business without asking what the business is supposed to do for your life.

You didn't build a business just to create another job for yourself. And you can have a successful business and still realize the life around it isn't working.

The answer isn't necessarily working harder. It might be recalibrating the compass.

The framework

What Is the Moxie Compass?

A way of navigating your own life and business instead of defaulting to what you were supposed to want. Seven questions, worked through in order, over six weeks.

The Moxie
Compass
  • 01

    North Star

    What do you actually want?

Not what your industry, your family or the other entrepreneurs you follow say success should look like. What does freedom actually mean to you?

  • 02

    Current Coordinates

Where are you really right now?

Your schedule, your energy, your leadership, your business and your actual level of freedom — described honestly rather than optimistically.

  • 03

    Internal Compass

    How do you navigate?

Your emotions, patterns, strengths, fears and stress responses shape the way you build. This is where the EQ-i 2.0 becomes the differentiator.

  • 04

    Baggage

    What are you carrying?

Fear of judgment, control, ego, perfectionism, old identities, people pleasing, difficulty delegating, the need for external validation. Weight, not a diagnosis.

  • 05

    Route

    What needs to change?

What gets delegated, eliminated, automated, communicated, restructured or confronted so your week starts looking like the life you want.

  • 06

    The Move

    What are you avoiding?

One courageous decision or action, taken during the recalibration rather than someday after it. Understanding is not the finish line.

  • 07

    Next Destination

    Where to from here?

An intentional 90-day plan for continuing to build toward your own definition of freedom once the six weeks are over.

  • The participant defines the destination. Lucie helps them see what it will take to move.

Why emotional intelligence

Your Emotions Are Already Influencing How You Build.

People make business decisions through emotion whether they realise it or not. The question is whether you're aware of it.

  • Delegate

Control makes releasing it feel like risk.

  • Hire

Self-perception shapes who you believe you can attract.

  • Communicate

What you don't say out loud still gets managed.

  • Lead

Your team experiences your stress response, not your intentions.

  • Make decisions

Fear and ego show up in every choice you call logic.

  • Handle uncertainty

Impulse and optimism pull you in opposite directions.

  • Create boundaries

Assertiveness is the difference between a plan and a polite fiction.

  • Take risks

Confidence and self-regard decide what you even attempt.

This is where EQ-i 2.0 comes in.

Before you build another strategy, it helps to know how you actually operate. The EQ-i 2.0 is a practical emotional intelligence assessment across five areas: self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal skills, decision making and stress management.

It isn't a personality test and it isn't a verdict. It gives you language for the patterns already shaping your business — because you can't intentionally change a pattern you can't see.

Before week one

Your Journey Starts Before Week One.

  • 01

    EQ-i 2.0 Assessment

Every participant completes a professionally administered EQ-i 2.0 before the cohort begins. Roughly twenty to thirty minutes, on your own time.

  • 02

    Private Debrief With Lucie

A one-to-one session on your individual results, focused on the patterns most relevant to your leadership, your business and the life you actually want.

  • 03

    Your Starting Coordinates

By week one you already know where you are and how you navigate — so the six weeks are spent moving, not warming up.

Before we redesign where you're going, we need to understand how you're currently navigating.

The six weeks

The Route Through the Recalibration

Not modules to work through passively. Six legs of one journey, each one ending in a decision.

  1. 1

    Week 1

    Your North Star

Define your version of freedom and success. Separate what you genuinely want from what you have been conditioned to pursue.

  2. 2

    Week 2

    Your Internal Compass

Connect your EQ-i results to your real life: leadership patterns, strengths, stress responses and decision-making tendencies.

  3. 3

    Week 3

    Unpack the Baggage

Name the fear, control, expectations, perfectionism or identity patterns influencing your choices. What are you carrying that you no longer need for where you're going?

  4. 4

    Week 4

    Recalibrate Your Business

Audit the business and the life: time, responsibilities, team, delegation, boundaries, systems, decisions, bottlenecks and energy. Identify what must change.

  5. 5

    Week 5

    Make the Move

One meaningful action outside your comfort zone. Delegate what you refused to release, have the difficult conversation, raise the price, say no, take real time off, launch, ask for the opportunity.

  6. 6

    Week 6

    Navigate Forward

Build your personal 90-day Moxie roadmap: what you're building toward, what needs to change, what you're no longer willing to tolerate, and how you'll keep measuring freedom.

Founding cohort limited to 8–10 entrepreneurs.

What you get

What's Included in the Recalibration

  • Private EQ-i Debrief

Your results walked through one-to-one with Lucie.

A small founding cohort, not a webinar of strangers.

A private channel with the other founders in your cohort. The platform is confirmed at enrollment.

  • Accountability

Someone notices whether you did the thing you said you would.

  • Workbook & Exercises

The thinking made written down, so it survives a busy week.

  • Personal 90-Day Moxie Roadmap

Who it's for

This Is For You If...

  • You built a business and discovered freedom didn't automatically follow.

  • You're around six figures or running an established business with real traction.

  • You're a solopreneur preparing to build a team, or you already lead a small one.

  • You feel responsible for too much, and delegating means handing it to someone who won't do it like you.

  • You've accomplished real things and still wonder, "Is this actually the life I wanted?"

  • You want more freedom without damaging the business you worked hard to build.

  • You want to become a better leader, not simply a better operator.

  • You know something needs to change, and you need clarity about what.

  • You're willing to do real self-development work and act outside your comfort zone.

This probably isn't for you if you're looking for:

  • Passive video lessons
  • A magic business formula
  • A get-rich-quick program
  • Someone to tell them exactly what their life should look like
  • Motivation without implementation
  • Growth without personal responsibility

That's not a judgment. It just means this isn't the right vehicle for you yet.

Portrait of Lucie McGuire

Why Lucie

Lucie Didn't Discover Freedom in a Textbook. She Built It Through Decisions.

She lost her father at 22, which quietly rearranged how short she assumed life was. She built a six-figure social media business, then built a team and systems so it didn't need her behind a computer eight hours a day.

She sold her house and much of what she owned to pursue the next chapter of the life she actually wanted. She founded The Traveling Youth, a nonprofit giving underserved young adults international experiences that change the direction of their lives. And she became certified to administer and debrief the EQ-i 2.0, because she kept meeting entrepreneurs whose business problems were really self-awareness problems.

She isn't here because she has everything figured out. She's here because she keeps making the courageous decision, and because she has learned what each one cost.

You don't have to eliminate fear before moving forward. You learn how to move with it.

Founding Cohort

The Moxie Compass Recalibration

The founding cohort is limited to 8–10 entrepreneurs. These are the founders helping shape what the recalibration becomes, and they get unusually close access to Lucie while it's still being built.

Founding cohort investment

$1,997

Future cohorts may be priced higher as the program evolves.

Limited to 8–10 entrepreneurs.

The investment

No Inflated "Total Value" Numbers.

You won't find a "$7,000 value" line here. What you get is specific, and the depth is the point:

  • A professional emotional intelligence assessment

  • A private debrief with the person who administers it

  • Six weeks of live coaching in a small group

  • Accountability from people who know your goal

  • Personalized implementation, not generic advice

  • A community of founders doing the same work

One assessment, one debrief and six weeks of real attention is worth more than twenty recorded lessons you'll never open.

Good questions

Before You Begin

You Already Know How to Work Hard.

The next question is whether all that work is taking you somewhere you actually want to go.

Recalibrate your compass.
